CHERRY BLOSSOMS

Ingredients
  • >� bar of paraffin
  • >1 cup chocolate chips
  • >� cup peanut butter (crunchy)
  • >1 cup icing sugar
  • >1/3 cup coconut
Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Cook 1 minute in microwave at maximum. Stir. Put back in microwave for 2 � minutes at medium. Stir. Microwave again 1 � min. at medium. Melt the paraffin, but not in microwave.

This is what gives the creamy texture

CR�ME ROSE
Mix � cup of icing sugar & 2 to 3 tsp. Cherry juice.

CHERRIES

I EMPTY STYRAFOAM EGG CARTON

Spread 1 tsp. of chocolate in the bottom of the mold. Spread well to cover sides of mold. Put 1 cherry and a little cream in each Cover with the chocolate. Put in freezer 20 - 30 minutes.

Above may be made in a double boiler.
