ORANGE YOGURT CAKEIngredients
Cake In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. In another bowl, beat oil, juice, eggs and sugar for 5 minutes, then beat in yogurt, orange extract and zest. Add flour mixture. Grease and flour a 9" mold. Pour batter into mold, bake at 350o 40 - 45 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 10 - 15 minutes, then unmold onto a large plate. Garnish Using a paring knife, peel and section oranges, removing membranes (do this over a bowl to collect the juice) Arrange orange sections in a spiral shape on cake. Sprinkle with liqueur and reserved juice. Put icing sugar in a fine sieve and sprinkle over cake.
