CHOCOLATE AND AMARETTO CHEESE CAKERefrigerate 2 - 3 days before servingIngredients
In a big bowl whip the 500 gr. Of cream cheese with brown sugar - SET ASIDE #1 In a little pot lightly mix the Amaretto & gelatin (let rest) - SET ASIDE #2
Whip cream very well in clean bowl. - SET ASIDE #3 Melt chocolate squares in double boiler let cool. - SET ASIDE#4 Melt gelatin and amaretto on medium heat # 2 boil 1 - 2 minutes and mix with cheese mix # 1 Mix well. With a whip slowly pour the whipped cream #3. To mix #1 (Cheese mix) then take 1 cup of that mix and - SET ASIDE for decoration.. Take cool chocolate #4 (if still warm put container in cold water) then add it to cheese mix #1 with a whip - Mix well. Take � cup of that mix and SET ASIDE for decoration. Put biscuits around the wall of the pan. Pour the big mix (cheese) in pan. Pour the cup of white mix on top.. Pour the � cup of chocolate mix on top of everything.. With a knife make design. (DO NOT MIX TOO MUCH) - Cover with Saran Wrap. |
