Beef and snow peasIngredients
In small bowl, combine orange juice, hoisin sauce, soy sauce. cornstarch and orange rind; set aside. In wok or very large skillet over medium-high heat 2 tbsp. of the oil Add beef and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes or until beef loses its red color. Transfer meat to bowl. Add remaining oil to pan. Add garlic, hot red pepper flakes, snow peas, red pepper (if using) and 2 tbsp water; stir-fry until tender-crisp about 2 minutes. Return beef to pan. Add orange juice mixture, stir until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately over rice, rice noodles or curly Chinese noodles. |
