Barbecued Ribs (Short Ribs)Ingredients
Cut ribs into 2-rib sections, trimming off fat; place in Dutch oven. Sprinkle with onions and garlic. Whisk together water, ketchup, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, mustard, salt and pepper; pour over ribs. Cover and cook in 350oF oven for 3 1/2 hours or until meat is fork-tender. Skim off fat. Whisk water with flour whisk in 1/2 cup of the hot liquid from pot. Whisk back into pot. Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened. Stir in vinegar. Makes 6 servings. per serving: about 331 cal. 12g total fat. (5g sat fat) |
