Arizona Baked Beans
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Chilli Sauce
- 1 red sweet pepper (diced)
- 1 green sweet pepper (diced)
- 2 stalks celery (sliced thin)
2 cans Pork & Beans
- 1 can Black beans (drained)
- 1 can Lima beans (drained)
- 1 can Romano beans (drained)
- 1 can Red kidney beans (drained)
- 1 can White kidney beans (drained)
- � lb bacon - fry til crispy and crumble into bean mixture.
- 1 jalape�o pepper (chopped fine) - optional
Preparation
Mix altogether and bake -
Option #1 - 350 F. for 1 � hours
#2 - 200 F for 4 - 5 hours - cover for first 2 hours
#3 - slow cooker on low for 6 - 8 hours
