CRAB STUFFED EGGS

Ingredients
  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup (1 - 8 oz. can) cooked crab meat, flaked (fresh or frozen crab is better)
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green pepper
  • 1 tbsp French salad dressing mix
  • 1/3 cup dairy sour cream
Preparation Slice eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks and mash. Combine yolks, crab meat, celery, green pepper, salad dressing mix and sour cream, blending well. Refill egg whites, chill until serving time. Makes 24 stuffed eggs.
