SPICY CHEESE PUFFS
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
Combine cheeses and butter and mix well. Add flour, paprika and cayenne pepper and mix well. Place tablespoonfuls of dough on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
