SMOKED SALMON APPLE WEDGES

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped capers
  • thin apple wedges, preferably Granny Smith
  • smoked salmon slices
  • snipped chives
Preparation In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise with chopped capers. Dollop in centre of apple wedges. Fold a slice of salmon overtop. Sprinkle with chives.
