SMOKED SALMON APPLE WEDGES
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped capers
- thin apple wedges, preferably Granny Smith
- smoked salmon slices
- snipped chives
Preparation
In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise with chopped capers. Dollop in centre of apple wedges. Fold a slice of salmon overtop. Sprinkle with chives.
