SMOKED OYSTER LOG

Ingredients
  • 1 8-oz. package cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 3-oz. Jar smoked oysters, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
Preparation Combine all ingredients except pecans and mix well. Place on waxed paper and roll to create a log about 10 - 12 inches long. Chill until ready to serve or about 1 hour. Roll log in chopped pecans and serve with crackers.
