SALMON BALL
Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 tin red salmon
- 2 tbs. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Tabasco (optional)
Preparation
Refrigerate above for a few hours or overnight.
Shape into a ball and roll in walnuts or parsley or both.
