PINEAPPLE MEAT BALLS

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb ground pork or to double l lb.
  • 1/2 lb ground veal or to double l lb.
  • 1/2 lb ground ham or to double l lb.
  • 2 eggs beaten or to double 3
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt or to double 1 tsp.
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs or to double 1 cup
  • salt & pepper

    Make little balls, roll in flour, fry slowly on all sides in Crisco.

    SAUCE
  • 1 cup Oasis pineapple juice or to double 1 pint
  • 1 cup brown sugar or to double 2 1/2 cups
Preparation

Boil altogether, add 3 or 4 cloves or to double 4 or 5

Add the balls and simmer a few minutes. Add 1 small can pineapple bits.
