Hot Artichoke DipIngredients
Peel and chop the green onions, Drain the artichokes in a strainer, then chop into small pieces. Mix the green onions, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese in an ungreased Corning ware dish. Cover and microwave on medium-high ( 70 % ) 3 to 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. ( When I remove the dip from the microwave, I lightly sprinkle more parmesan on the top - it looks nice and tastes good too! ) You can prepare this dip ahead of time and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Heat when ready to serve.
