GREEN SAUCE WITH PICKLED RED CHERRY PEPPERS
Ingredients
- 3 cups finely chopped Italian parsley
- 1/2 cup minced yellow onion
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 stalk celery, minced
- 1/2 lemon peel, grated
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
- 2 1/2 tbls white wine vinegar
- 1 tbls lemon juice
- 1/2 cup seeded and chopped pickled red cherry peppers (can use green)
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process just until all is a bit coarse. This
should not be a smooth sauce.
