CRISPY PITA CHIPS
Ingredients
- 4 Pita breads
- 6 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 4 Garlic cloves
- � tsp. of pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- � tsp. salt
- � tsp. black pepper
Preparation
Split pita breads open into two (cut each piece in 4). Combine oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper - brush crumb sides of pita with spicy oil. Grill or bake - 400o F. For 5 to 8 minutes
