CRISPY PITA CHIPS

Ingredients
  • 4 Pita breads
  • 6 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • � tsp. of pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • � tsp. salt
  • � tsp. black pepper
Preparation Split pita breads open into two (cut each piece in 4). Combine oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper - brush crumb sides of pita with spicy oil. Grill or bake - 400o F. For 5 to 8 minutes
