CHIPOTLE SMOKED OYSTER SPREAD

Ingredients
  • 1 - 3 oz. Can smoked oysters, drained
  • 8 oz. Regular cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp. Prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbsp. Chipotle hot sauce or to taste
Preparation Combine oyster, cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice, Chipotle sauce in food processor. Pulse until smooth, scraping down sides with spatula as needed. Taste and add more hot sauce as desired. Scrape into serving dish, cover and refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Makes about 1 � cups
