Margaret Currie’s Delicious Cheese Ball

    Cream together:
  • 1 250 g container McLaren's Imperial Sharp Cold Pack cheddar cheese, room temperature
  • 1 250 g package Philadelphia cream cheese, room temperature
    Add and mix well:
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp. dry minced onion or very finely chopped green onions
  • 2 tsp. very finely minced celery
  • ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Crushed walnuts to roll onto cheese ball when ready

Cream all ingredients together, and shape into a ball. Wrap in tin foil and chill for at least 2 hours. When firm, roll in crushed walnuts. Serve with crackers.

Rated: If the cheese ball is not firm enough, the walnuts will sink into the ball and not stay on the outside.
