Hey everyone..these are the rules..real simple..so please keep em..I don't ask much..e-mail me if you have any questions..
1. Must have a working website.
2. Must have the certificate visible somewhere on the website and have it linked back here(http://www.geocities.com/disturbedchild014/marriage.html)
3. If you don't comply with 1 & 2..I'll take you off the list..if I feel like it..
4. Ok..got another rule..and..I've been having problems with this one..I thought for sure that everyone would have the common sense to know that once a character is taken..they can't be taken again..it's first come first serve..so..I'll repeat it again..Once a character is taken and married to someone..he or she can't be married again..ok..
5. Where it says: "This panel is going by so fast you won't even notice it:" put "WHEEE!!" just like that..so I know you read these rules..it'll make it easier on me..if that's not there..don't count on getting a certificate..
6. *ahem* Don't change the picture I put on the certificate...well, you gotta ask me first...but even then..I'll think about it. But DON'T change it without my permission..I know they look rather crappy but, hell, I can't help it if my PSP8 trial ran out on me..I'm getting the actual program for Christmas though..^-^
