Amadeus
Left for dead as a malfunctioning mechanical assassin, Amadeus rebuilt himself as a protector of stability and order in the galaxy. Souless and calculating, Amadeus serves within the PTM as a soldier, negotiator, constable, anything the organization may need.
Jerry Williams
After aiding in the death of his own partner in a PTM internal investigations case, Jerry Williams was recruited by Amadeus as a first mate and partner aboard the PTM ship Ryuu-3. He continues to train and grow as a soldier and officer, studying Amadeus's actions and strategies, and serves as a balance of conscience and compassion for the uncaring robot.
Camella "Cam" Winchester
Camella is a dimension hopper infamous for being in the wrong place, at the wrong time, with the wrong people and, you guessed it, making everything go wrong. Her untamed runaway antics are responsible for the Captive War.
Kylu
Abused between neglection, Kylu grew up believing her place was with the lowest of the low. She does not fully understand ideals of potential and human value. Her self-loathing and depression are only partially hindered by the possibility of a new life, exposed to her by the Ryuu-3.
Agent Blake
In the Captive dimension, Blake rose to the top ranks of the government by being the smartest and most tenacious, not to mention cold-hearted law enforcer. Any normal world would have him in a psych ward, for he enjoys the hunt and prisoner torture. Amadeus rescued Camella from Blake's custody, and now Blake is coming for what he believes is his.
John Stewart
John Stewart was one of the most dedicated and honor-bound of the Green Lantern Corps. Now, however, he's been shamed. Abandoned and disgraced. The PTM have had him in a prison cell for years now, assuming he's insane, but only he knows the truth. Every time he closes his eyes, he hears the voice of his old enemy, waiting to arise again.
