| Port Orleans and Dixie Landings have merged! The new name is French Quarter for Port Orleans and the new name for Dixies Landings is Riverside.. The change went into effect on March 1, 2001. |
| Celebrate St. Patrick's Day March 17 at EPCOT - The United Kingdom will celebrate St.Patricks Day with special food, decorations and entertainment. Darby O'Gill and the Butler School of IrishDance willperform throughout the day. Rose and Crown Restaurant will serve traditional green beer and green Sprite, as well as corned beef, cabbage, Irish Stew and soda bread. |
| Special WDW Pin Event - March 22, 2001 will be the first pin event in "Countdown to Disney's Pin Celebration" and the event will be held at Downtown Disney Florida. The Spring Break 2001 limited edition pin will be released. |
