Here you will find all the comforts of home at the Disney Villas at the Institute. These villas are multi-level complete with lofts and skylights.

These villas are ideal for families and small groups. Nestled in wooded areas and along the golf course fairway the villas are just the perfect place of some quiet time. The villas can accommodate four, five, six, or eight people. Enjoy any of the five pools here. The villas are formerly known as the Village Resort. Most of the villas here are fully equipped with kitchens and other extras. Some many vary in cost. You will find that here you have five different types of accommodations available. All of these villas offer either a full kitchen or wet bar with small refrigerators.

One thing at the Disney Institute you will find a lot to do. Take your pick of five different pools. They offer eight miles of bike trails and bike rentals are available. The health club is complimentary to the Villa guests. Also being that you are so close to the Market Place you can use the marina there. They offer rentals of canopy boats, pontoon boats, and watersprites.

Now the Institute was designed for learning. They offer a variety of classes that can be included in your package. If you elect to not have the classes included you can still pay for a day of classes. This will enable you to take two classes. Read the section on the Disney Institute to find out more about the classes that they have.

Below you will see the different types of rooms that are available here at the Disney Institute. Depending on the amount of people in your party will determine what size unit you will need. Keep this in mind that you will not be in the room that much so think hard on which unit you want.

BUNGALOW
These are one-bedroom bungalows that are small. You have two-queen size bed in the bedroom and in the living area a daybed. You will also find a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee machine with coffee and cups, and wet bar. This unit can hold five very comfortably.

ONE AND TWO BEDROOM TOWNHOUSES

One and two bedrooms Town Houses are located with in walking distance to the Marketplace. These townhouse villas are very homey with the cathedral living room ceilings. The one-bedroom units have a queen size bed and sleeper sofa, some of the one bedroom units with a study have an additional single bed. The one bedroom can accommodate four. The two bedrooms can accommodate six it has a queen size bed in the one bedroom, a queen or two twins in second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each of these villas features a kitchen with a microwave, kitchenware, linens, and daily housekeeping.

THREE BEDROOM TREEHOUSE VILLAS
These villas are two story and offer a lot of space. In each of the upstairs bedrooms you will find they have queen-size beds. In the downstairs study they have a double bed. Each features a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and daily housekeeping. These can sleep six adults.

TWO BEDROOM FAIRWAY VILLAS
These are split level villas that border the Lake Buena Vista Golf Course. Most have queen-sized beds in the first bedroom, two double beds or one queen in the second, a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kitchenware, and linens, daily housekeeping. These can sleep eight adults.

GRAND VISTA HOMES
Disney only has four of these that are available. These are two and three bedroom homes. They include golf cart, bicycles, refrigerators stocked with snacks, nightly turndown service, daily newspaper delivery.
