BOARDWALKVILLAS

This 1920�s themed seacoast resort is the newest resort here at Disney. This is part of the Vacation Club. But offers the opportunity for anyone that is not a member to stay here also. The only thing is that the members do get first choice at the rooms.   At this resort guests are just a boat ride away from MGM and a short walk from EPCOT.

Conveniently located you have many of the new Boardwalk restaurants to choose from.   After a nice dinner why not dance it off at the dance hall, or check out the sports bar. Every night the Boardwalk seems to come to life just as the sunsets over the water. So take a nice romantic stroll along the boardwalk and enjoy the lights and the sounds of this South Seas resort.

These rooms can accommodate up to five people with two queen size beds or one king size bed, and a daybed.   They also have suites available some of them are two story suites that will sleep six.   The suites have a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two queen size beds in the second bed room. The villas studios have a queen size bed and as double sleeper sofa, and a kitchenette (microwave, coffee maker, and a refrigerator). The larger villas are one, two, or three bedrooms. These sleep four to twelve people. These are designed just like the ones over at the Vacation Club. Here you will find that you will have a full kitchen, master bedroom with a king size bed, a living room that also has a queen size sleeper sofa, and two queen size beds in the other bedroom.
You can ask for either a standard view, which means the parking lot. Now if you want to pay a little more you can have a view of the Boardwalk or pool area. Here are the layouts of the different styles of rooms.

STUDIO
The studio apartment offers one queen size bed and a double sleeper sofa and some of the rooms have a trundle bed. It comes with a microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, and wet bar. This place can hold four adults.
STUDIO with DAYBED
This studio offers one queen-size bed a double sleeper sofa and a day bed. It also comes with a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and wet bar. This place can hold four adults. I have stayed in this size room. Let me say this. One don�t count on a lot of space in this room. You are limited to closet space and drawer space. You will even have a hard time finding a place to store your luggage. Now I can tell you this that the sleeper sofa is very comfortable to sleep in.

ONE BEDROOM VILLA
The one bedroom has one master bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a stacked washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and a whirlpool tub. The living room has a sleeper sofa.

TWO BEDROOM VILLA
The two bedroom, villa has two bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, stacked washer & dryer. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and whirlpool tub. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. The second bedroom area has a queen-sized bed and a double sleeper sofa. It also has a studio kitchen with microwave, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, and wet bar.

GRAND VILLA
The three-bedroom three bath grand villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. A private balcony overlooking Crescent Lake. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and whirlpool.   The two other bedrooms each have two queen-sized beds and a private bath. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa.
