My Collection I started collecting Peter Pan in 1993; this was when the Disney Store was promoting the 45th anniversary of Peter Pan. I don't remember my first Wendy collectible, because I was very little. One of my first was the 93' Mattel Flying Wendy doll, which I recieved on Easter of 93'. The line of merchandise Disney produced for that promotion is still my favorite set of Peter Pan collectibles. I hope to eventually obtain some original artwork. I'm an avid Disney Pin Collector, and I collect Alice and Lilo. My pin collection can be viewed here . My favorite collectible is my 1969 Disney Madame Alexander Wendy doll. I recieved it Christmas a few years back, and it is amazingly detailed (you can see it on the dolls page). My collection is all kinds of Disney, ranging from lots of Lilo and Stitch to a little Snow White. I also have some framed collectibles on the walls, so my collection is pretty big. There's nothing I want in peticular for my collection, because I've recieved everything I really wanted. Now I'm just trying to find all of the Wendy pins, and I'm about 5 away. . |
