When you are ready to confirm the booking or reservation,an advance/security deposit of $ 200.00 is required within 7 days of booking by Personal/Business/Cashiers Check and accept credit
card for deposit. Balance is due 30 days prior to
arrival, time allowing.
Payments must be paid by CASHIER'S, PERSONAL/ BUSINESS
CHECK, or MONEY ORDER payable to
"Dora Posada". International travelers may
use TRAVELER'S CHEQUES.(American Express)
Returned checks will be considered to be non-payment and will cancel your reservation,
your advance/security deposit
will be refunded if notification of cancellation is greater than 30 days prior to arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: Notification of cancellation less than 7 days of
expected arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit . The only exception is if we
are able to re-rent the condominium.
Cancellations: Automatic: If advance/security deposit is
not received, your reservation will be cancelled by default.
There will be a $50.00 fee charged for any cancellations
within 30 days of arrival. A change of date will not result in
deposit forfeiture.
The property will be cleaned and inspected upon departure and the above named addressee
will be held responsible for
any damages to the premises incurred during the rental period.Your deposit will be
refunded within 3 business days after
departure, less any extra-ordinary cleaning charges or damages. No
smoking in the unit.
Additional cleaning fee may be applicable.
The tenant must sign a rental agreement. Homeowners or its
agents accept no responsibility or liability for loss (lost,
stolen,or left on premises) of personal items while staying in the property, or after
departure. We can fax you a copy of the rental agreement at
your request.
Arrival & Departure: Check in time is no earlier than 4:00 pm and check out is no later than 10:00 a.m. We
can work with flight schedules on check in/out times prior to arrival.
