| "The Jersey" aired in September of 1999, shortly after the hit Disney series "So Weird" premiered. It told the story of four kids and their magical sports jersey, which, whenever they needed it, would transport them into the bodies of famous athletes. Every episode starred a new athlete (made possible because Disney Enterprises owns ESPN). Disney never advertised the show like they should have, and therefore the series has had rough going, although it has many fans out there. |
