This cheat is for getting a player with a 99 for all his 
attributes.

1. Create a player named Kelly Ryan.
2. Set the weight to 150.
3. Set position to forward.
4. The height doesn't matter so set anything you want.
5. Set the jersey to no.1.

Quit and then reenter again(the create player mode). He will
now have all of his attributes set at 99. So simply change
the name, weight, etc. but don't EVER attempt to change his
attributes.
