On the high score screen, type DEBBIE'S for unlimited lives.

When you die, wait until the title screen appears. 
Press CAPS-LOCK and type:
DALEY-88 so as to continue in the same level you die on.
MAGENTA and when playing hit S to skip levels.

On the title page, type ROBOCOPPETER for continuous mode.
