On the demo version of this game, You can type in the 
following keys during a level:
S - Skip a level
W - Win a level
L - Choose a level

While playing the game go to the first level, press spacebar then when it says READY GO! press p then type in ACLAIM. If it doesn't work the first time do it again. If it does work it should have a thing saying A B C D E F G. Use the arrow keys to select it then press spacebar and you should warp to that level.
