shrubbery - Lots of gear
excalibur - Weapons
smallrocks - Full Ammunition
verysmallrocks - Toggle unlimited ammo on/off
swallow - Full Fuel
unladen swallow - Toggle unlimited fuel on/off
antioch - Kills everyone
runaway - Speed-up level
igotbetter - Full Health
rabbit - Full shields
knight - Toggle invincibility on/off
coconuts - Car physics on/off
camelot - Complete level
alreadygotone - Conquer all pits immediately
debug - Display location and velocity etc
version  - Shows the game version
gimmesomesugarbaby - Unlimited everything
