While you are on cheat menu ,go to colony screen
and do the following:
hold SHIFT and type
! = all buildings bulit
$ = 1000 gold
% = gives you 100 of the current item seleted .
^ = decrease the current item
When you are trying to unload a item under boycott
just push U and it will get sold as normal.
