Press shift and ~ to bring up console
type various cheats

juggernaut.......invincibility
wraith...........no clipping mode
golblum..........flying mode
dir maps.........list all maps
map X ...........warp to map (x=level name)
suicide..........self explosion
ode to jack......all enemies disappear

while in the console mode ( shift and ~) type in IMPULSE 911 for infinite ammo for all weapons you already have, and infinite power for items, except the medkit. NOTE for some reason, this does not apply to the rad shield.
