DIS FOUNDATION DAY 2002
This year's Foundation Day celebrations were held on 14 December 2002.
With the year seeing a new principal and vice-principal, there was of course a bit of curiosity as to what would be in store. The day started out early for staff, teachers and students of the school at 8am. There were sports tournaments involving middle and high school students who made it to the finals.
At 11am, lunch was being served to all present. At the gym lobby, there was a book sale of used and new books. There was also a donation table for those who wished to donate books to the school library. I'm happy to report that many generous parents were present. :)
Both grade7 classes joined forces to sing 'Carol from an Irish Cabin'
