10,000+ Native English speakers are wandering the streets of Berlin. All of us are here for different reasons: work, school, relationship... why we hardly ever run into any is a whole other question??? This is why three of us decided enough is enough and started our own expat site... *poof* "Dish in English" was born.
If you are anything like us, the opportunity to live abroad, and experience a different culture for a while, was just too tempting to pass up. So far so good... it's just a hard adjustment going from being triple booked on any given weekend night to wondering if your coworker would be annoyed if you call their "handy" to grab a drink.
This is where "Dish in English" comes in... It's for people who want to recharge their social lives. We thought we would be proactive and get some of us together for dinner and drinks... not necessarily in that order.

WHO:
This is open to any native English speaker who lives in (or near) Berlin and is between the ages of 21-38.
(If you are not between the ages listed above, and would be interested in setting something up, let us know)
WHY:
You like food! You like people (at least most)! So do the rest of us! Plus, it can never hurt to know more people in town and have more events on the social calendar.

By the way... this whole thing is totally free (with the exception of dinner and drinks)... we are not computer savvy enough to charge you even if we wanted to :)
This is new and we are trying to gauge the interest level of people out there. Signing the guest book or shooting us an email will really help us out. If you have any suggestions about the site, questions about the next dinner, things that we overlooked, etc... please let us know.
