Disc Sponsorship: $25.00 Gets your Company or Club Logo on the Tournament

Tee Sponsorship: $50.00 Earns you a 12” x 12” sign on the tee area of your choice.
Company or club logo on display at the awards ceremony. Also, receive your name on the
tournament disc stamp. (Sponsor will receive the tournament disc)

Bronze Sponsorship: $100.00 Earns you two 12” x 12” sign on the tee area of your
choice. Company or club logo on display at the awards ceremony. Also, receive your name on the
tournament disc stamp. (Sponsor will receive the tournament disc)

Silver Sponsorship: $150.00 Earns you a 18” x 24” sign at the tournament
central, a 12” x 12” sign on the tee of your choice, a company logo on display at the
awards ceremony and your name on the tournament stamp. Also a company or club logo on
T-shirt and company/club logo in tournament program. The sponsor will receive a tournament
t-shirt, program and tournament disc.

Gold Sponsorship: $200.00 Earns you a 18” x 24” sign
(or any sign or banner provided by the sponsor) at tournament central, Two 12” x 12”
signs on tee areas of your choice, a company or club logo on display at the awards ceremony,
and the sponsor’s name will appear on all advertising flyers & press release and tournament
stamp. Sponsor will receive tournament disc, t-shirt, program and copies of any advertising
or press releases.

Title Sponsorship: $1,500.00 The tournament will be renamed to include your
company’s name including your logo on tournament t-shirt, tournament disc stamp, 1- 18” x 24”
sign (or any sign or banner provided by the sponsor) at tournament central, 2- 12” x 12”
signs on tee areas of your choice. A company or club logo on display at the awards ceremony,
and sponsor’s name on the cover, centerfold ad in the tournament program and sponsor’s name
will appear on all advertising (flyers, press releases and radio ads). Sponsor will receive
tournament disc, t-shirt, program and copies of any advertising and press releases.
