This guild is entered by going to the junction of King St and Wall St, going south twice and then going 'down'. This will bring you into the room which is one room north of the entrance to the 'opulent underground room'. From there, advancement can be done in the yellow sections.

If you go 'enter pipe' from the room which is one north of the one you enter into (the crossroads) then you will be on a path which eventually leads out of the city. Essentially it is an easy escape from Sto Lat.
