| Vanilla imperialis This is the only plance I have right now the the Vanilla is not behind other plants. The Vanilla is a high light orchid and it is the only orchid that is a "VINE". As you can see here, they will get large. This is the bottom of a plant that goes up the back wall of the greenhouse and all around the floor. These can be cut and just stuck in the sand or mix and off they will grow. Please be careful though, the "sap" is an irritant to the skin and will cause a rash. The flowers of the Vanilla are normally yellow to greenish yellow. This one is a large plant but not quite large enough to regularly bloom. I have had limited blooming from it so far and have had to cut it about the time it is ready to bloom. I will post a flower as soon as I am able. 1 foot divisions of the plant are $10.00 plus the shipping.
