Supervisor Photo Laboratory 1992 to Present
Supervises processing of Color and B&W aerial film (developing, enlarging and printing), production of rectified photo enlargements on all B&W and Color materials, and oversees all equipment maintenance and installation.  Schedules work flow of personnel and projects, reviews layout work, prepares reports of and maintains status of projects, equipment, purchases and cost analysis.  Also established and operating an in-house color photographic laboratory with the capability of 50" x 96" rectified color enlargements, color contact prints and diapositives, also creating color and black & white mosaics.  Processing of B&W aerial film using a Kodak Versamat 1140, chemical process 885 and color aerial film with a Kodak Versamat 1411, C-41 chemical process.  Additional responsibilities include Project Manager and Representative and obtaining in house digital photography capabilities.  Also working closely with Kodak on product development.  The company when hired was Southern Resource Mapping Corporation and then was purchased by Photogrammetric Data Services prior to ownership by 3Di, LLC

Production Coordinator 1992 - 1993
Designed and developed position of Production Coordinator in high production color lab.  Responsible for scheduling workload, transferring location, all logistics of each order entered into system.  Also responsible for daily log keeping of amount of work entering system, progress and status within system, and shipments of work each day.  Interfaced directly with clients.
AERIAL CARTOGRAPHICS OF AMERICA, Orlando, Florida
Laboratory Technician 1988 - 1992
Duties included operation of two De Vere enlargers, producing both Color and B&W photographs to various scales or rectified to ground control.  Other responsibilities included inventory, shipping and receiving, processing of chemicals, mosaic enlargements and contacts for final copy or camera copy work, utilized Log-E and Morse contact printers, also used Durst horizontal and vertical enlargers, Fotar enlargers, scale ratios from USGS Quadrants or other photographs of know scales.  Also prepared flight maps, edited and titled original film and "hand-line" processing of aerial film.

Aerial Processing Specialist 1983 - 1988
Duties included processing of aerial film using the Kodak Versamat 1411 and Versamat Model 11, chemical process EA-5/C-22 and 885.  All aspects of aerial photographic laboratory including the processing department and chemical support.  Was responsible for all recording keeping both in computer and notebook form.  Also ran all sensimetric data on all processes in laboratory, and repaired all equipment.  Also experienced in TRI-COLOR printing, Kodak Niagra strip printer, Vu-Graphs, Diapositives, Reproduction quality products and all other aspects of the aerial photographic lab..  Supervised the testing of all new aerial films prior to the products being release to the marketing.
