| Well, they've done it again. Some kid decided that killing a bunch of people was a grand idea, and brought a .22 to school. Two more dead, several wounded. First off, a .22? I can't even kill a squirell with a .22. Now, since this moron dropped 2 people, I imagine he's either a decent shot, he put 12 or so in each one, or these kids actually died of non-related causes. Now, I bet this kid was made fun of a lot by the more popular crowd, and he thought he would show them all by shooting a bunch of random people. He probably doesn't have many friends, gets no support, etc., etc. Fuck that. He certainly won't have more friends after this. Except in the NRA. I am so sick of the bullshit reasons people have for shooting up their schools. "Oh, no one likes me. They make fun of me because I dress differently and stuff." No fucking way! They made fun of you for not going along with the group?! I don't believe that! Listen, kids. When you are different than other people, you will be made fun of. If you don't like sports, you will be made fun of. In some crowds, if you like sports you will be made fun of. Same goes for everything else. Black make-up, the music you listen to, your hobbies, etc. Not many people like those who are different. Especially in high school. Shooting people is not the answer. We all get made fun of, even the cool kids. It's part of life. You are not special. I get made fun of because of my fedora. Now, I could choose not to wear my hat, or I can put up with being made fun of. I like my hat. So I will continue to wear it. Fuck off, people who don't like my hat! You are lowly worms. However, I am of two minds on the subject. On one hand, this kid should go to jail because he is too weak to survive in the real world, where people aren't always nice. You fucked up, see ya! On the other hand, who let this kid get so angry that he felt he had to shoot someone? It's not his parents' fault. What kid tells their parents anything. This school, I am sure, knowingly watched Mr. Shooter-kid get made fun of, beat up, and such, and did nothing. Why? Because people who are different don't deserve the same rights as the rest of the school. That is why schools are allowed to have rules banning guys wearing dresses or trenchcoats, and clubs for gay kids. If you aren't full of school spirit, you are nothing. Society is almost as responsible for this shooting as the kid himself. It isn't guns (Though I still think we need to get rid of them), it is the oppressive society that says that people who don't act like everyone else are not as good as everyone else. Put this kid in jail. He killed two people. Then, take a look at the environment that made him do it. The kids who made fun of him; Depraved indifference to human life. Murder 2. Put them in jail. The school; Creating an environment that leads to death. Manslaughter 2. Put them in jail. Society; Allowing the schools to create such an environment. Since there is no such thing as conspiricy to commit manslaughter, there can be no charge. Lucky us. We can wash our hands of the whole affair. Let the blaming begin. Violence on TV and in video games. Bad music. It's not our fault. I was wrong above. This kid will make a lot of friends in prison. I just hope he likes the nickname "Fishey." I'm Ken Feucht, and I feel ashamed to be a human being right now. I am also glad I am not in high school anymore. |
