"Bloom where you are planted."
This advice is not just for plants but also for
people. People can bloom anywhere and at any season, provided they are
appreciated and loved. Often loving takes the simple form of a smile,
a tap on the back, or just a little but sincere attention.
Lord, it's tempting to seek other places, to be planted where you
think you can bloom. But to bloom, all I need is a little air, a little
light, a little moisture, and a little support. Orchids bloom without
soil. Some exotic flowers bloom in deserts. It is not the place, it is
the caring that makes us bloom.
