Now, In Moore Park, Klamath Falls, Oregon

The Moore Disc Golf Club has put together a very challenging 18 hole disc golf course.  It is located in the back of Moore Park in Klamath Falls, Oregon.  The course is very woodsy with NO open field shots.  The only semi open shot is 500’ down a mountain with a narrow fairway and it can be difficult to find your disc if you don’t land on the fairway.  Hole 18 is over 500’ long with no possibility of a roller and through the trees.  No hole on the course is shorter than 200’.  The course is very large with plenty of both right back handed and left handed shots.  Lots of elevation change.  There are some short holes, but elevation change and trees make them difficult.  There will be benches at several holes and bathrooms are available at the park.  As of right now there are no signs leading up to the course so you would have to contact a member for a little more detail.  Plenty of parking is available next to the soccer fields.  As of right now there are only wood poles up, but the Club is presently working on the situation.  There will be baskets put in within the next several months.  Support at our tournaments and weekly events will quicken the process.  The plan is for 18 chain baskets with cement throwing pads and some of the holes will have multiple settings in the future.
