About Disabled Job Seekers
Disabled Job Seekers was founded on May 17, 2000. Its purpose is to allow disabled people who are looking for work or are currently working to discuss the issues facing disabled people in the area of employment. It will hopefully help people who are new to the job market and allow those who have been out in the workforce to share their experiences.
Requirements to Join
The following are the only requirements to join this Yahoo! Group:
- You must have some sort of disability. It is not my concern what disability that may be, only that you have one and it affects your ability to work. Not to say that you cannot work, just that it affects your abilities.
- Spamming, flaming, harassing, etc. will not be
tolerated. I will, however give everyone the benefit of the doubt by sending
a warning email to the person, before considering removal.
- Finally, you must be willing to speak your mind and share your experiences in a friendly manner.
