Dear Matt Rogers:
The Y.E.A.! Team is excited about your willingness to meet with members of the group, Richard DiPeppe from the Endependence Center and vendors of stairlifts at the Amphitheater to discuss options for creating accessibility to the lawn.
I have left messages with you to set up a date and time to meet but have not heard from you. We would like to be able to set a date so that we can coordinate schedules. Any Thursday works for me, however, it would need to be in the afternoon to accommodate members of our group. We will coordinate the schedule with Mr. DiPeppe and vendors once you have provided us with a date that works for you.
Again, we are very excited about this upcoming meeting and look forward to hearing from you.
