My House
I've just bought a house in South Hobart.  It's currently tenanted so I haven't moved in yet or taken any photos of the inside, but here are some photos of the outside.  Click on any photo to see a larger version.

Although it feels like it's out in the bush, it's only 4km from the South Hobart shops and 6km from the city centre.  It's on a bus line.  It has a paved patio area to the side as well as a lawn in the back.  Here's what the real estate guide said about it:
