| Noise Bomb was formed by Justin Weleski and Mike Ockree last year, on a hot summer night in Mike's room. It was that night when they took turns on Mike's crappy acoustic guitar, trying to play the intro riff to Nirvana's "Come as You Are". As the guitar was passed back and forth, it became clear to them that there is nothing more fun than playing music. |
| Once Justin got his bass, and Mike got his guitar, the two often got together just to rock out. Bonded by their love of MxPx and Blink 182, their practices were always a blast. But they were missing something... a drummer. |
| When they realized that they needed another person, they quickly recruited Mike's good friend, Shawn O'Leary. After months of practice they started to actually sound like music. Their style of music is very similar to that of which they cover: MxPx, Green Day, Blink 182, Nirvana, and the Ramones. |
