| Andy was my first dog. I found him at a South Salt Lake Shelter adoption. He was on death row, he was sick, and he smelled like poo. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
| I adopted Andy in November of 2000 and he's been a great dog to have around. I discovered after about 5 months that he was NOT an Aussie (Aussies don't have pointed ears), but that doesn't really change anything. Andy is the coolest dog in the world. He is really mellow for a herding breed (probably a Border Collie) and he has been really easy to train (except for the heat vent incident and a couple of electrical cords). He is a great companion for snow shoe trips and he is a maniac with a frisbee. I know I'm partial, but I would have to guess that it is rare to find a dog so easy to train and so obedient. |

| Lucy is a whole other story. We adopted her from a family in Pocatello, ID. She's mostly border collie, but she's nothing like Andy. We like to call her the dumb blonde. She's no frisbee dog and she can be a pain sometimes, but she keeps us laughing and we love her. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
