Mindwipe Entertainment, Inc., in conjunction with EWA Enterprises, today has announced the acquisition of former EWA Co-President John Solley. Solley will serve as the company's Vice President.

"We're very pleased to have signed John Solley to a lucrative deal here today. Mr. Solley is an experienced individual who I've worked with before, and should provide a fresh new face in the front office", said Duane Gates, EWA President, at a press conference held in the company's headquarters in Muncie, Indiana. Solley and Gates last collabarated together in the original EWA, beginning in February of 1999, when they merged the EWA and AWT, and became Co-Presidents. When Gates stepped down due to personal reasons a month later, Solley became the sole President of the EWA, running it until it closed in April.

Solley replaces former Vice President Steve Meyers, who stepped down earlier in the week for undisclosed personal reasons.
