Dirt is the resident jokester of Signal To Noise, whose outrageous sense of humor & campy mannerisms are a vital part of the bands live theatrics & satyrical point of view. His aggressive style & bouyant counter-melodies bring a variety of vibes to the overall sound. Ranging from breezy poppiness to industrial strength heaviness, Dirt resides firmly at the center of the bands melting-pot approach to songwriting.
His pursuit of the perfect rock show began in 1978 with one of rocks greatest shows, Kiss. After seeing a live TV appearance, he spent his month's allowance on Kiss Dynasty album & the next seven years badgering his parents for a guitar. At age twelve, armed with his first guitar, he began spending countless hours in his room playing along with every Kiss song he heard. By 1985 with his first concert experience behind him (Kiss), Dirt's aspirations were cemented. By 1989, Dirt was performing with his first band, 'Eternal Rest'. Since then, Dirt has been an in-demand musician, having been in numerous extreme acts over the last decade. Their effect on his musical approach is evident in all that he brings to SIGNAL TO NOISE today.
