Cushions and Pillows

I had an old single rollaway cushion that I covered with outdoor fabric. It was long enough to cover the seat and fold up the sides for extra padding. This was the only place that I did not scrimp. I bought REAL outdoor fabric at Hancocks and paid about $6.35 a yard. One and a half yards did it. The pillows are made from a 99 cent store outdoor plastic tablecloth that I truly hated. I mad the pillows first and filled them with styrofoam packing peanuts that were in my garage. The peanuts will not mildew and are soft. Since I had a narrow strip of foam rubber left over from another project, I made a bolster for the back of the bench. I guess I could have used anything for the fabric. A pretty shower curtain would have worked just as well but this ugly plastic tablecloth was just what happened to be handy.
