Original Plot: 25pts.
Not just Justin falling in love with Sarah or Lance being a total ass and Jessica going to Justin (can you tell my obsession?). I'd like a Jerry Springer or something totally off the wall like a roleplay. Make Justin be a lawyer or Joey be a flower designer. We're looking for original (hence the name original plot), a great use of style and an interest catching plot til the end.
Descriptive Characters: 25pts.
I don't know about any of the other reviewers, but one of my personal pet peeves is when an author describes a character in the middle or the beginninng of a story as if they were applying for a job. 5'4'', black hair, blue eyes and a junior in high school. No, no, no! Find a way to describe the leading lady (or man) without clumping a shitty description in one ugly paragraph. We're looking for a good descrpition (emotional and physical) of all the characters unless they're fillers or minor characters.
Grammer/Spelling: 25pts.
It looks really bad when your into a really good story and your attention is stumped by participated spelled like "pacticipated" and you have to spell it right in your head. This category is dedicated for all those English teachers out there.
Writing Style: 25pts.
A unique and charasmatic author doesn't write a story, they create a masterpiece in their own respect. That's probably a famous quote somewhere by someone, but who cares?
