DECLARATIONS OF WAR:

The only person who can declare war on another clan is the clan LEADER. If war has not been declared by leader the fight is unjustified and is NOT ALLOWED. The fine for this is atleast $1,000,000 penalty if we do not feel we can settle the matter. Also clan leaders must notify us by email of any declarations of war - before the war takes place!!!

If during a battle you die, you may not respawn to rejoin the fight. Just like in real war - once you're dead, you're dead. The exception to this rule is - if prior to battle another agreement is met. For example it can be decided that you may respawn twice, etc.

TAKING OVER ANOTHER CLANS TERRITORY:
****This is considered war, so normal rules apply ****

     You can only take a territory if there is a clan member of that area there to defend it. The battle must be fair - and be prepared for payback. We ([Airforce]) will fight for the underdog if we so choose to.

     You must inform defending clan of your intentions. If your plan is to seize control of their land - IT MUST be stated BEFORE the battle, and that means more than 2 seconds before it starts. You cannot decide after battle is over to take territory. Therefore not all battles need to be about territory claim. If you just want to fight amungst yourselves for the heck of it be our guests.

    The battle must be waged on opposing clans land. Ex. Your clan wants to take New York from Clan B, the battle must be fought in the New York System .

    If you try to take another clans land, and you loose, you do not consequently loose your land. Ex. Clan A attacks Clan B for control of New York, Clan A looses. Clan B does not have rights to Clan A's territory of Texas.   If Clan B wants to challenge Clan A for their territory, they must fight another battle IN Texas.

    If you do succeed in capturing another territory you must give the remaining clan members a chance to vacate the area. This means when those clan members rejoin the server they must be notified of the take over & be allowed to leave their former territory unharmed. If a problem arises take it up with their clan leader, or us if necessary.

    If you do take over a territory, your clan now owns BOTH territories. So be sure you are able to defend both. If you already own two, you now have three, etc You may choose to vacate your former territory, but this is a permanent choice. Taking over a territory is the only way to own more than once piece of land.

     If you do loose your land you may make a claim on another. But this MUSt be approved by one of us IN ADVANCE. Do not set up camp until we have given you permission. Their may be a fee for this, not yet sure what that may or may not be.....

    You must notify us if you take a territory IMMEDIATELY. We will then make appropriate changes to webpage, etc.
